Again I was told it would be taken care of. So, down to the front desk I went to angrily express by dissatisfaction and told them it was very clear that the $$$ taken in by this large construction crew was more important than the other guests in the hotel. so I called again 15 minutes later only to be told that 'she would take care of it.' NOTHING.
I was told by the female desk clerk that she would take care of it. asking them to please deal with the yelling and loud music. I called the office for the first time at 9:30 p.m. This was taking place 15 feet outside our suite.
A large construction crew was staying at the hotel and they proceeded to party and carry on starting at 5:30 p.m. Uncaring staff! After a long day of travel we were looking forward to a quiet night of sleep.
